How information is used

Information is used only to respond to your inquiry, check record completeness, coordinate an appropriate clinical review, arrange requested services and maintain a confidential inquiry record. Medical information is shared only with personnel or clinicians who need it for those purposes.

Storage and communication

Submitted data may be stored by our website hosting, secure file-storage and email-delivery providers. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be risk-free. Please do not submit information unrelated to your medical inquiry.

Your choices

International visitors

By submitting information from outside China, you understand that it may be transferred to and processed in China for the requested medical coordination.
