Information we collect

When you request an initial case review, we may collect your name, country or region, cancer type or care need, contact details, message, referral source and any medical files you choose to upload.

How information is used

Information is used only to respond to your inquiry, check record completeness, coordinate an appropriate clinical review, arrange requested services and maintain a confidential inquiry record. Medical information is shared only with personnel or clinicians who need it for those purposes.

Storage and communication

Submitted data may be stored by our website hosting, secure file-storage and email-delivery providers. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be risk-free. Please do not submit information unrelated to your medical inquiry.

Medical files

Medical files you upload are limited to PDF, JPG, PNG and DICOM files, up to 5 files and 20MB in total, as stated on the inquiry form. Uploaded files are accessible only to the international patient team and the clinicians handling your review, and are stored by the website's secure file-storage provider. Please do not upload files unrelated to your medical inquiry.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of inquiry information unless retention is required for security, legal or clinical coordination purposes. Contact gzcancerhospital@gmail.com.

International visitors

By submitting information from outside China, you understand that it may be transferred to and processed in China for the requested medical coordination.
